With over 24 years of experience as a transaction coordinator, Laura also serves as Allied’s Contract Compliance Officer. Ensuring that every contract is complete, with all required signatures, forms and addenda that are uniquely required for each individual transaction. In addition, she ensures that each transaction is complete with final closing documents and permanent digital storage as required. Laura also provides a critical role in Legal Compliance. This includes changes in Oklahoma real estate law, federally mandated contract forms, handling of escrow funds, Errors & Omission concerns as well as general office management. Finally, she has a love for cats and cares for the lost & injured.
